The 31st annual Mandeville Seafood Festival rolls into a third day on Sunday, featuring two stages of music and two dozen food vendors.
Festival spokesman Jim Richardson says the food selection is designed the whet the appetite of hungry fest-goers.
"Soft-shell crabs is a big crowd favorite," Richardson said. "Gumbos, and pastas, and seafood lasagnas, crawfish, shrimp, crab, you name it.. seafood, it's going to be here, any way you like it."
Heavy thunderstorms forced organizers to cancel Thursday night's festival kick-off concert by Mark Chesnutt and Sammy Kershaw.
However, Richardson said that anyone who bought a ticket to the concert could instead use that concert ticket to enter the festival all three days of the event.
