More paid extras needed now for Jurassic World

Thousands of locals have already been paid extras in the Jurassic World movie shooting now in and around New Orleans, but they need more.

"They just surprised us with needing another 150 for tomorrow," Casting Director Judy Bouley told WWL First News.

She says they are looking for a variety of people for tomorrow, Thursday and Friday.

"We are looking for all ages, shapes and sizes," Bouley explained.

The pay is $101.50 per day with catered meals.

How do you apply to be in Jurassic World?

"Send a photo, telephone number and email to ebbtidelouisiana@gmail.com," the casting director urged.

She says a large number of people from the region have already stepped up.

"We've had great response from people all over New Orleans helping us shoot this movie.  We've had over 6,000 so far."

She stressed again, "If you're interested and available, please email your photo, email, address to: ebbtidelouisiana@gmail.com, asap!"
