Brees back full, along with 8 other Saints on injury report
Dave Cohen Reporting
Drew Brees was a full participant at Thursday's practice after being limited on Wednesday.
"I'm totally fine. Kinda doctors orders, swelling in the knee, just had to get it down. No big deal. I was totally fine today," Brees told WWL Saints Sideline Reporter Kristian Garic.
Coach Sean Payton described it as "a right knee bruise."
The Saints remain a 12.5 point favorite in the game with the Bucs at 3:25pm Sunday. The Saints must win to guarantee they get into the playoffs. If the Saints beat the Bucs and the Falcons can beat the Panthers in Atlanta, the Saints would win the NFC South and be the #2 seed in the NFC playoffs.

OK and then there were two! Two weeks left until the newly appointed and first ever college football playoff committee has to give the world their first and historic four teams that make the first ever playoffs.
The main two questions I have is can...
OK folks, the New Orleans Saints need a win, and more importantly, the Saints need to start feeling good about themselves like they did just three weeks ago. New Orleans has dropped two straight in a place that many felt is the most difficult place for...
OK the Devils loss to the Beavers could keep the Mississippi State Bulldogs within the top four. To me, they still belong. Alabama is coasting, Florida State just wins, baby, and there is a good battle in the Lone Star State. What about Ohio State? ...
OK I know that it has been a season of up and downs to say the least for LSU Tigers fans. Just a little over a month ago the Tigers looked doom and gloom, giving up nearly 600 yards and 38 points per game versus their first two SEC foes in Mississippi...
Cincinnati Bengals (4-3-1) @ New Orleans Saints (4-5)
Sunday November 15 Noon Kickoff
Last week's results: Cleveland beat Cincinnati 24-3 and San Francisco beat New Orleans 27-24 in overtime.
Records: New Orleans 4-5 – Cincinnati...
In the mood for prayer? When you head to mass this week, have the Saints in mind. The Saints are 4 and 7 and in a three game tailspin for several reasons. The most important and obvious reason; they're just not a very good team. They don't have the...
Third down: It's the get-off-the-field down for defenses, and often a good indication as to if a team is playing well. The Saints haven't played well on that down and haven't gotten off the field. "We have to fix this so it can't just be 'oh we...
Still in it: The Saints are still very much still in the race for the NFC south at 4 and 6. Whether or not you think they're a playoff caliber team is a different story. Saints linebacker Curtis Lofton and the team are trying to find as much positive...
According to Field Yates of ESPN, the Saints have waived RB Brian Leonard, and added WR Jalen Saunders off the Arizona Cardinals practice squad. Leonard was signed just last week, and appeared in the game against the Bengals this past Sunday.
Saints Safety Kenny Vaccaro started a nice firestorm after the Saints loss to the Bengals Sunday. "I came last year as a rookie and the team is different, just a different vibe... I don't know if it hurts when you lose guys that have been together for...
