Saints get a safety back for Carolina

Saints safety Roman Harper is ready to play Sunday.  The team didn't even list him as injured on the Friday report.

Harper has been sidelined in recent weeks with a hip injury, but is no longer needing treatment and returned to full participation in practice.

Safety Rafael Bush, meanwhile, is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game in Charlotte.  He has an ankle injury has missed practice every day this week.

The rest of the Saints injury report shows:

TE    Josh Hill    Hamstring    Questionable
LB    Keyunta Dawson    Calf    Questionable

Most casinos have the Panthers as a three point favorite over the Saints Sunday.  If the Saints win, they capture the division crown for the NFC South and secure the #2 seed in the playoffs.  If the Panthers win, they will be in position to win the division in the final week of the regular season.

The Panthers list five players as probable, including receiver Steve Smith:

T    Jordan Gross    Not Injury Related    Probable
TE    Greg Olsen        Foot            Probable
G    Travelle Wharton    Not Injury Related    Probable
WR    Steve Smith        Finger            Probable
TE    Brandon Williams    Hip            Probable

One Panther is out:
