Saints fans: 'You're next, Seattle'

The Who Dat Nation may expect tight games with Atlanta, but that doesn't mean they ever get used to it.

Watching the Atlanta offense move the ball late in the 4th quarter, it became a familiar sensations for Saints fans, but an exciting one nonetheless.

"Oh, Lord Jesus, I loved that game, it was really good," was the palpably relieved sigh of one Who Dat early this morning.  "I knew it was going to be a nail-biting game because they play Atlanta, so I knew it was going to be like that."

"I thought it was pretty good," said another, although he didn't quite agree that the finish was a heart-stopper. "It wasn't a nail-biting game like the other ones."

That fan also admitted to falling asleep in the 4th quarter, and not knowing the outcome until he woke up around midnight and checked the score.

Now attention turns to the 10-1 Seattle Seahawks,  Currently the best team in the NFC, the Saints must go to Century Link Field in Seattle, where their fans claim they're even louder than the Superdome crowd.

"Really, the one I'm really waiting for is when they play the Seahawks," one Saints fan told WWL First News.  "When they play Seattle, it's going to be a nail-biting game, too, but I think the Saints are going to come out okay."

"Probably one of their tough ones because it's probably cold in Seattle, too," said another.  "I hope we pull it off."

"(Coach) Sean Payton knows what he's doing," said a confident Who Dat.  "We just got to tighten up a little bit on our running game.  Other than that, we're good to go."
