Sproles and Evans sit out, Greer out for season



Two Saints players sat out of practice today as the team gets ready to play the Falcons Thursday.

Darren Sproles and Jahri Evans did not practice.

Sproles was in and out of the game this past Sunday, fighting knee and ankle injuries.

Evans is nursing an ankle injury.

The Saints also placed cornerback Jabari Greer on injured reserve, ending his season with a serious knee injury.  Click here for more about Greer...
