LSU and Saints share prime time weekend

The weekend is upon us, and it's a great one for football fans.  Tomorrow night features the top-ten matchup of the LSU Fighting Tigers at the Alabama Crimson Tide, and on Sunday night, a battle of NFL division leaders when the Dallas Cowboys come to the Superdome to take on the New Orleans Saints.

Some people are excited to see two college football powerhouses go at it, others can't wait for the Black & Gold to take the field.

"I am very excited about the Saints playing and LSU," one woman told WWL First News.

Some fans say they already know the outcome!

"LSU by four, the Saint by 14," one fan predicted.

"Both winning," predicted another.  "We're going to give Alabama a little trouble, and Dallas is definitely going to be in for a rough time considering we have their ex-defensive coach."

Both games can be heard on WWL.  The Tigers and Tide kick off at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, with coverage beginning at noon.  The Saints and Cowboys kick off at 7:30 Sunday night.  Coverage begins at 3:00 p.m. on WWL-AM/FM and WWL.com.
