New Orleans police say they have arrested a third suspect in the quadruple shooting that took place on Bourbon Street the Saturday before Mardi Gras. 19-year-old Malcolm "London" Hall turned himself in to police Saturday. He was booked on four counts of attempted murder. Hall is believed to be the final suspect in the case. 23-year-old Deron Bridgewater turned himself in Monday,22-year-old Brandon Brown, turned himself in on Tuesday. Three of the shooting victims have been released from the hospital, while the intended victim is in stable condition.
