NOPD: One arrested, one sought in Bourbon Street shooting

New Orleans Police say today they arrested one of the three men they believe are responsible for Saturday night's quadruple shooting in the 400 block of Bourbon Street.

The NOPD says 23-year-old Deron Bridgewater (in above photos supplied by NOPD & OPP) of Marrero turned himself into Eighth District Detectives Michael Flores and Ryan St. Martin after he saw himself on television last night.

Bridgewater is fully cooperating with detectives police say, as this investigation is still ongoing.  The NOPD believes Bridgewater and two other males were involved in an argument with the victim prior to gunshots erupting.

Detectives are searching for  a second "person of interest" who may also have critical information in the shooting. According to the NOPD, that person goes by the name of “Landon" (photo below of "Landon" supplied by NOPD)

Four people were taken to the hospital and three have already been released. The intended victim remains hospitalized in stable condition.

Officials say the scene of the shooting was captured on both surveillance and amateur video.
