Update on CBD street closings with Poydras to re-open
Today, the City of New Orleans issued an update on street openings following Super Bowl XLVII.
River-bound lanes of Poydras Street between South Claiborne Avenue and LaSalle Street will reopen to traffic at 7 pm today a news release from the mayor's office says, as will Poydras exit 234B from I-10 East.
But the Superdome exit from 1-10 eastbound, Dave Dixon Drive, Magnolia Avenue, West Stadium Drive, Howard Avenue and Sugar Bowl Drive near the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and New Orleans Arena will remain closed until Wednesday, February 13.
