Thousands lose power in Jefferson Parish

Entergy spokesman Phillip Allison says there was a fire at a substation in Harrahan "And so as a precautionary measure  to deal with the fire we pulled some customers out of service."

UPDATE:  Entergy reports 100% of customers have had their power restored.
