Super Bowl XLVII Events



Tuesday, Jan 29th

Media Day Fueled by Gatorade:  Mercedes-Benz Superdome -  Tickets are $28. Starts at 9 a.m. For only the second time in Super Bowl history, the NFL will offer a limited number of spectators a unique opportunity to attend Media Day at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Tuesday, January 29th. During Media Day, fans will sit in the stands at the stadium and watch thousands of media from around the world interview members of the participating Super Bowl teams on the field. Fans who attend Media Day also will get a rare chance to see the preparations of the stadium for Super Bowl XLVII.

Wednesday, Jan 30th-

NFL Experience: Ernest N. Morial Convention Center at 900 Convention Center Blvd. Tickets are between $20 and $25. It's happening from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. NFL's interactive theme park offering participatory games, displays, entertainment attractions, kids' football clinics, free autograph sessions and the nation's largest football memorabilia exhibit.

Media Center Bridgestone Fan Gallery: Ernest N. Morial Convention Center at 900 Convention Center Blvd. Come hang out with WWL Saints Radio at the NFL  Media Center's "Radio Row."  Hourly tours are happening from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Tickets are free, but there are only a limted number.  You can pick up tickets for this event Wednesday morning at Hall G of the Convention Center.  (Runs Wed - Friday.)  

The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson: It's happening in Jackson Square in New Orleans. Tickets are free. It's happening at 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. America’s most eclectic talk show – an unscripted, high-energy fusion of Hollywood and Middle America hosted by one of the most fascinating minds working in the business today.

Thursday, Jan. 31st

It's happening from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. NFL's interactive theme park offering participatory games, displays, entertainment attractions, kids' football clinics, free autograph sessions and the nation's largest football memorabilia exhibit.

NFL Foundation Super Bowl Celebrity Bowling Classic: AMF All Star Lanes at 3640 Williams Blvd. in Kenner. It starts at 7 p.m. Using the 3-6-9 handicap system, a team of four amateurs bowl two games each with rotating celebrity captains - including current and former NFL players and members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Legends for Charity Dinner: Hyatt Regency at 601 Loyola Ave. Tickets are $175. It's happening from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Support the kids of St. Jude. Tickets include open bar, dinner and program.

Tazon Latino VII: Clinic Field at NFL Experience at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center at 900 Convention Center Blvd. It starts at 8:15 a.m. Tickets are free. The event will feature notable NFL Legends and Hispanic celebrities competing in a flag football game.

NFL Player Care Foundation Health Screenings: Ernest N. Morial Convention Center at 900 Convention Center Blvd. Admission is free. It's happening from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PCF addresses all aspects of life – medical, emotional, financial, social and community, providing advocacy, programs and assistance in each area.

Verizon Super Bowl Boulevard: Woldenberg Park at 1 Canal St. Admission is free. It's happening from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Featuring a lineup of local music artists, popular food and beverage offerings, live national television broadcasts, interactive fan events and the iconic larger-than-life Super Bowl Roman numerals.
 

Friday, Feb. 1st-

It's happening from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Featuring a lineup of local music artists, popular food and beverage offerings, live national television broadcasts, interactive fan events and the iconic larger-than-life Super Bowl Roman numerals.

Super Bowl Breakfast: Hyatt Regency at 601 Loyola Ave. Tickets are $100 or $150. It's happening from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback Bart Starr will present the 2013 Bart Starr Award to a current NFL player, voted on by his peers, for outstanding character and leadership in the home, on the field and in the community.

Hall of Fame Luncheon: National WWII Museum at 945 Magazine St. Tickets are $975. It starts at 11 a.m. Guests will have the opportunity to meet members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame in a very intimate environment.

NFL Foundation Super Bowl Celebrity Golf Classic:Lakewood Golf Club at 4801 General DeGaulle Dr. Entry fee is $1,750. It starts at 10 a.m. A blind draw matches a team of five amateur players with a celebrity captain - including current and former NFL players and members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

VH1 Storytellers live at Super Bowl XLVII: Sugar Mill at 1021 Convention Center Blvd. Tickets are free. It's happening from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. This year will feature Journey & Rascal Flatts in VH1’s The Best Super Bowl Concert Ever playing off their show Best Week Ever.

Saturday, Feb. 2nd

CMT Crossroads at Super Bowl XLVII: Sugar Mill at 1021 Convention Center Blvd. Tickets are free. It's happening from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Verizon Super Bowl Boulevard: Woldenberg Park at 1 Canal St. Admission is free. It's happening from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Featuring a lineup of local music artists, popular food and beverage offerings, live national television broadcasts, interactive fan events and the iconic larger-than-life Super Bowl Roman numerals.

Super Saturday of Service: Various locations. Admission is free. It's happening from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Provides improvements to five NORDC playgrounds and their surrounding neighborhoods.

NFL Honors Award Show: Mahalia Jackson Theatreat 1419 Basin St. in New Orleans. Tickets are free. The red-carpet pre show starts at 2:30 p.m. and the show starts at 4 p.m. The NFL will salute its best players and plays from the 2012 season during a star-studded football and entertainment event. Alec Baldwin will host the show.

Taste of the NFL: Ernest N. Morial Convention Center at 900 Convention Center Blvd. Tickets are $600. It starts at 7 p.m. Strolling wine and food event features a chef from each NFL city serving their signature dish alongside a current or alumni NFL player. The result? 35+ food stations where guests can sample fine cuisine, meet and mingle with renowned chefs and NFL greats and participate in a silent auction with unique sports memorabilia and other exciting items.

Super Sunday, Feb. 3rd-
