Big night for Bobby Jindal

He's already being mentioned as being among the top two or three potential Republican candidates for the next Presidential race.  Tonight, Bobby Jindal will be the headline speaker at a meeting of the GOP National Committee in Charlotte.  University of Louisiana Lafayette Political Science Professor Pearson Cross said this is a big event for the governor, who many believe will be a Presidential contender in 2016.
 
''This is the kind of appearance that would really help his chances if he is well received by this group,'' said Cross.

Cross said Jindal is not to be underestimated as he continues to be heard all over the country talking about his vision for the future of the republican party.

''Bobby Jindal more so than any other single republican candidate has done more to help his case, he's been everywhere writing columns, making appearances and showing up on numerous talk shows.''

Cross added that  if Jindal is truly considering a run for the oval office, he needs to perform well tonight in front of the RNC since they have the big money and support needed to win the White House in 2016.
