About all New Orleans can just grunt through their chattering teeth and just and bear it.
"I'm over it, I am," one metro commuter told WWL First News this morning. "It's miserable, and I'm a teacher, and the kids are so much grumpier when the weather's like this."
"I hate it. I hate the wet weather," said another. "I don't have a choice but to tolerate it, but I hate cold weather, and I hate rainy weather."
But there was the one gentleman who pointed out for us that just a few months ago, we were complaining bitterly about the seemingly never-ending heat.
"When that summertime weather comes in, you'll be doing the same thing. Everyone will be crying, 'it's too hot! It's too hot!,'" he laughed. "It'll be 200 degrees before you know it! And 900 percent humidity!"
The forecast has skies clearing for Friday.
