Video: Sandra Bullock accepts PCA award for post-Katrina work

Actress Sandra Bullock accepted the first-ever "Favoriate Humanitarian Award" on Wednesday night at the People's Choice Awards in recognition of her ongoing support of Warren Easton High School in New Orleans. 

Bullock adopted Warren Easton less than six months after Hurricane Katrina damaged the school.

The actress has since contributed funds for band uniforms, college scholarships, athletic equipment, and other renovations at the school.
