Several downtown streets near the Superdome will be closed in the weeks leading up to the Super Bowl on Feb. 3.

From Jan. 5 through Jan. 25: Poydras will remain open. The Superdome exit from I-10 will be closed. The Claiborne exit will be open during this period. Streets near the Dome that will be closed in this period include Dave Dixon Drive between the Dome and the Arena, West Stadium Drive, and Howard Avenue behind the Arena.
From Saturday, Jan. 26 to Friday, Feb 1: Poydras will close southbound/riverbound from I-10 to LaSalle. The I-10 Poydras exit ramp will be closed. The Poydras exit off Claiborne will close.
From Friday, Feb. 1 at 7:00 p.m. to Monday Feb. 4 at 7:00 a.m.: Poydras will close in both directions between I-10 and Loyola. All streets near the Superdome will either be closed or have restricted access only.
Game Day, Sunday, February 3: All streets near the Superdome will be closed or only have restricted access for those with parking permits.
