The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of family members.
The shooting happened at approximately 1:10 P.M. police say, in the parking area of an apartment complex in the 2000 block of Cypress Acres Drive.
The man was found inside of a white Chevrolet Camaro shot several times to the body. He died on the scene.
