All of Southeast Louisiana is under a tornado watch through 8:00 p.m.
WWL-TV Meteorologist Alexandra Cranford says the line of strong afternoon storms could bring damaging winds, heavy rain, scattered hail and even the chance for an isolated tornado.
The cold front will move through by about 8:00 p.m., and the rain will taper off by about 10pm. Only a few stray showers will linger into tonight.
