More arrests could be coming after a 25-year-old woman was arrested in the French Quarter, allegedly teaching a teenage runaway from Mississippi the ropes of the prostitution business.  Police say 25-year-old Emilie Cook negotiated a $500 deal for herself and the teen to have sex with a man who turned out to be an undercover cop.

"We found that a 25-year-old was instructing a 16-year-old runaway on how to conduct prostitution," said Trooper Melissa Matey with Louisiana State Police. "The 16-year-old has been taken into custody, and also, the 25-year-old has been booked in the Orleans Parish Prison for trafficking children for sexual purposes."

Matey says the case has grown to include multiple jurisdictions.

"Right now, state police is anticipating more arrests and this case is ongoing," said Matey.
