''You should contact your attorney, you should make contact with a good accountant and a good financial advisor who can walk you through it.''

Stacey said if you bought tickets as part of a group, get that agreement in writing before hand and taking the 20 year annuity is not a bad way to go.

'' People go crazy when they win the lottery and they make a lot of bad mistakes,'' said Stacey

He also suggests laying low and seek as much privacy as you can, because your likely to hear from people from all over the world begging you for your new riches.
