I got several requests for this recipe after talking about it on the air, and after Meteorologist Laura Buchtel said she tried it and loved it.
So, here it is.

This is really easy, and very tasty too.
-Remove all pumpkin guts from seeds
-Fill large bowl with salty water and seeds
-Let soak at least an hour
-Drain
-Spread seeds evenly on cookie sheet
-Bake at 400 degrees until seeds are lightly browned
(Time varies based on seed size, water absorption, and oven... just keep an eye on them)
-Let cool five minutes
-Eat
