Wait times could be reduced, says office commissioner Stephen Campbell, if more people would use their online services rather than actually show up in person.
"If we got more people to take advantage of that...that will greatly reduce that," he said. Even so, he knows they need to do a better job at the office, too, and he says they are making changes at all 82 offices statewide to do that.
"To help reduce the way time's directed at how our employee work and some of the scheduling times and things like that so were always working to improve," he said.
