Red Cross Feeding and Sheltering Locations

Distribution sites for food, water and ice are closing or have closed across the region as power is restored in a given area.  Disaster food stamps are being distributed on a staggered system based on last names (click here for details).  Some residents say that is leaving a gap in free food available to people who have incurred storm related expenses or lost income because they are out of work and say they can't afford to go buy food.

The Red Cross is still offering free hot meals.  Here is the news release from the Red Cross:

Food is provided at all Red Cross shelters.
