An Entergy substation near the Superdome went down at about 3:30 this afternoon, causing most of the CBD to go dark.

Entergy's Twitter account says that the outages also impacted customers Uptown and Mid-City. 

Entergy says they are trying to reroute power through another substation, but does not yet have an estimate of when power will be restored.

The CBD largely made it through Isaac without losing power.
