A LaPlace resident shot stunning video of his neighborhood as Isaac pused lake water into his home.

On Thursday morning, resident Steven Nicolay and his wife Cheryl say they are still stranded in their home in Ingleside Subdivision.

Nicolay expressed his frustration that he was not able to leave once the flood waters began to rise.
