Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal has been stumping hard in recent days for GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney.
While Jindal is turning up the heat, he is also facing more questions about his potential as Romney's running mate.
"This president is the most liberal, incompetent president probably going back to Jimmy Carter," Jindal recently said.
Yesterday reporters in Ruston, Louisiana asked him about being a vice presidential candidate.
"We've said, 'I've got the job that I want,'" Jindal replied. "Certainly we are not going to speculate on who the governor will pick, we leave that to the Romney campaign."
When Jindal appeared on Fox News with former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, they were asked if they were fighting over who would be the running mate as they hit the campaign trail together.
Pawlenty responded,"We've been leg wrestling over it for days... Bobby's thin, but he's scrappy... it's a tie."
We'll find out next month at the Republican National Convention who will be Romney's running mate.
