It's looking like we'll see a much more likely chance of rain at parade time tomorrow night says channel 4 chief meteorologist Carl Arredondo.

"It looks like by the evening hours the rain chance will be at 70% for showers and light rain.  It's going to be a chilly day all day and rain will be increasing throughout the day."

Arredondo expects rain chances to start out at 20% Friday morning, up to 40% by midday and then up to a 70% chance of rain during the evening, including the time the parades will be rolling.

It will also be a cool day with highs only in the mid-50's and falling into the 40's during the evening.
