Demarcus Cousins caused quite the stir among Pelicans fans when he unfollowed the team on Instagram. It might not mean anything for the free agent, but Boogie's response to a fan asking why raised even more questions. He wrote back, "Cause I'm grown."

Demarcus Cousins has recently unfollowed the Pelicans on instagram and followed Paul George, Isaiah Thomas, and Julius Randle!---- Does this mean anything? - follow me (@thelakerpage) for more!-- - #lakers #lalakers #teamlakers #lonzoball #jordanclarkson #brandoningram #thefuture #lakersnews #lakersgame #kobe #kobebryant #blackmamba #lebronjames #basketball #nba #michaeljordan #goat #golakers #legend #shaq #drake #zo #nbaallstar #sports #nbafinals #cavs #LA #championship #nbaplayoffs #playoffs

Adding to this social media soap opera is that Cousins started following Lakers players Julius Randle and Isaiah Thomas as well as Paul George, who is believed to be one of LA's free agent targets. Could Boogie be trying to form a "super team" back in California?  Cousins started his career with the Sacramento Kings and is still very involved with the community there. He's also been busy rehabbing from a torn Achilles tendon at his new home in Las Vegas, which is just a hop, skip, a jump away from Hollywood.

It's impossible to read into anything. But we do know the Pelicans organization has expressed that they want Cousins back in the fold for next season. It is possible the 27 year old isn't happy with the offer he's getting from New Orleans.
