Are you ready for some football?
The NFL has released the regular season schedule.
The Saints will open the season in prime time on Monday night football against the Minnesota Vikings. Week 2's match up will feature the defending Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots.
The schedule makers weren't too kind to New Orleans with a tough opener on the road, and the Patriots at home. The Saints preach getting off to a fast start is imperative to getting to the playoffs. This is a tough first two weeks to get off to that fast start.
A few other games of significance; In Week 4 the Saints will play a road game against the Miami Dolphins in London, and have their bye week, in week 5. The Saints second prime time match up will come in week 14 at home against the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday night football at Atlanta on December 7th. Another clash between Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers happens in week 8 when the Saints travel to Lambeau field to battle the Green Bay Packers.
