It's the Fighting Tigers vs. the Beavers tonight in the College World Series. LSU will take on the top-ranked team in the nation in their second game at the tournament in Omaha.

Oregon State presents a formidable challenge. While LSU has been playing with a hot hand, winning their last 17 games, the Beavers may be hotter, winning their last 22.

Freshman pitcher Eric Walker will start tonight, and although he respects Oregon State's prowess, he doesn't seem scared, either.

"It's gonna be another test, not just for me but for our team," Walker stated calmly. "It'll be another great, great opportunity to go out and get a win."

If the Tigers secure that win, they'll get to take a break until Friday. If not, they'll be back on the diamond Wednesday afternoon.
