Video: An angry Jim Letten's encounter with filmmaker

A video that captures the heated confrontation between journalist provacateur James O'Keefe and former U.S. Attorney Jim Letten has been released on the filmmaker's Youtube account.

O'Keefe, perhaps best known for his controversial video investigations that brought down ACORN, released the video in which he confronts Letten on Tulane's campus.  Letten is now a professor and associate dean at Tulane.

The encounter happened about a month ago, and O'Keefe released the video now as part of a fundraising campaign for his organization.

Letten recused himself from a 2010 case in which O'Keefe and others posed as telephone repairmen to gain access to the offices of U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu.

O'Keefe and the others involved in the incident later pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge and served no time.
