Ingredients:
2 8oz packs Oscar Meyer Brunschweiger
1 8oz pack cream cheese
3 Green onion tops chopped medium
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
Let the brunschweiger and cream cheese sit on the counter and soften for about 1 or 2 hours. When soft, mix well in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Let chill and serve with captain's wafers or Melba toast. You can chill it in a bowl or in your favorite mold. We had one that looked like a kitty cat's face but Katrina ate it.
