Gay people are entitled to Equal Protection under the Law. Why would any stright person want special rights that gay people cannot have?
It's a matter of morals, not rights. Two men or two women laying down together is obscene.
Where are we going?
Where are we going? And why are we all in this handbasket?
Can a man and two women who all love each other get married? Can a close group of six people get married? Can a man marry a ten year old girl? Can a mom marry her son to give him insurance coverage? ..."No, there are laws against that." Well, now that we are changing the laws and erasing the definition of marriage as a bond between a man and a woman aren't all these things possible? It's just a matter of how many people with their own agenda carry picket signs on the Capitol steps.
Gay marriage/Equal Protection
I don't care either. Some of these folks are in long term committed relationships, and should have these rights.
