The Louisiana Secretary of State's office is testifying today in the fight over bridge tolls on the Crescent City Connection.

A group fighting the 20 year renewal of the tolls says hundreds of voters were denied their right to vote.

The Jefferson Parish Registrar of Voters office testified yesterday that some voters were given ballots that did not include the issue.

Plaintiffs' attorneys say the election that passed by 36 votes, after a recount, should be nullified.
