St. Pat's block parties today

Irish eyes start smiling today for the celebration of St. Patrick's Day.  

The actual holiday is Sunday, but today the Irish Channel St. Patrick's Day Club holds its annual benefit block party for St. Michael's Special School at Annunciation Square Playground.
