Saints' Bushrod heading to da Bears



Jermon Bushrod's agent confirmed today that the Pro Bowl Saints left tackle has agreed to a five-year contract with the Chicago Bears. 

In Chicago, he'll again team up with former Saints offensive line coach Aaron Kromer, who is now the Bears' Offensive Coordinator.

As to why the Saints couldn't, or didn't, hang on to Bushrod, WWL's Kristian Garic said, "It could be the money, but it could also be the fact that they might have their sights set on another left tackle in free agency."
