Saints & 49ers final injury report: concussion troubles

The Saints say Kenny Vaccaro and Benjamin Watson will not play Sunday against the 49ers in the Superdome
Both players are recovering from concussions. For Vaccaro, it's his second concussion in three weeks.
All of the other Saints battling injuries are probable to play.
For the 49ers, Vernon Davis and Eric Reid are also recovering from concussions and are listed as questionable for the game in New Orleans.
Mario Manningham is also questionable.
San Francisco also has two players out for the game: Ray McDonald and Quinton Patton will not play.
