Police looking for 2 more people in probe of Bourbon shooting
Dave Cohen Reporting
New Orleans Police are looking for two additional people in the probe of the shooting on Bourbon Street that left one bystander dead and nine wounded.
"We have infrared still shots of two individuals who may have critical information related to the Bourbon Street shooting that claimed the life of 21-year-old Brittany Thomas and injured nine others," City Spokesman Tyler Gamble said in an email.
He released "four photographs of two separate persons of interest the NOPD is attempting to identify and interview."
Gamble says because of the technology to make the images visible in dark settings, the colors are not accurate.
"These photographs were captured by a low light camera which changed the color of the individual's shirts. Please keep in mind these individuals are not suspects. They are persons of interest who may have information which may assist detectives in this investigation."
He urged those who can help to contact police.
"Anyone with information on the identity or whereabouts of these two individuals should call NOPD Homicide Detectives at 504-658-5300 or anonymously at Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111."
