The Saints have a chance to make up some ground in the NFC tonight against the New York Giants. New Orleans is one game behind the San Francisco 49ers for the second seed in the conference playoff picture. The Black and Gold are rested coming off their bye week. I expect them to play well against the Giants.
Vilma:
I wouldn't be surprised if middle linebacker Jonathan Vilma misses tonight's game against New York. Vilma continues to rehab from an injured knee. Jo-Lonn Dunbar has played well filling for Vilma in the middle of the Saints defense.
Prediction:
I like the Saints for a number of reasons. The Giants have lost two straight and are desperate, but the Saints are at home where they are unbeaten this season. That continues tonight. Saints 27-21 over the Giants.

I think the Saints are more than one game behind SF for second seed.....We have 3 losses and they have 1 and they have us in tie breaker in more than one catagory......SF really needs 2 more losses and we need to win out at the very least!
