Kristian: "Saints loose and ready to play"

Our Saints Radio broadcast team chimed in on Sports Talk with Bobby Hebert and Deke Bellavia to give their take on the Black and Gold’s match-up with the Eagles.  Here goes!

The Reporter:  Kristian Garic took over the Saints Radio Network sideline reporting back in 2009.  Kristian had a hell of a ride in his first year as the Saints won it all.  Kristian is one of 32 NFL Sideline Reporters and he is very active on Twitter @kristangaric1.  Here is what Kristian had to say:

“I’m keeping an eye on Terron Armstead.  Armstead is making his third start in the NFL and his first in the playoffs.  He is facing Trent Cole, who is one of the best pass rushers in the NFL.  How much help does Armstead need?  How much help will he get?  Those are things I’m eager to see.”

Krsitan also said that he thinks the absence of running back Pierre Thomas will have some type of effect on the Saints offense.  “Pierre is not only the Saints leading rusher, but he also blocks so well in pass protection, and he is one of the best in the game when it comes to running the screen play.”

The Pick:  “I’m picking the Saints.  I like the Saints a lot.  I think this team is ready.  They are loose and I think they are ready to play.”  Kristian says New Orleans 27, Philadelphia 14!
