Jindal picked to campaign against Obama

As the presidential  campaign heats up this week, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal has been picked to follow President Obama into Ohio and Pennsylvania to stage a counter attack for Republican candidate Mitt Romney.

Political analyst Bernie Pinsonat says this is a great opportunity for Jindal for a number of reasons, including what will be a sharp rebuke of the president's health care plan.

''Jindal is sort of the perfect guy for this, he does know this subject, he's spent a lot of time on it and he is now rejecting a portion of the health care plan for Louisiana,'' said Pinsonat.

Political analyst Bernie Pinsonat:

Pinsonat notes that Jindal gets an added bonus while attacking President Obama on the economy and health care.

''He want's to convince the Romney people that, 'I'm your guy to be selected for Vice President,''' Pinsonat explained.

Some analyst think Jindal is at least in the top five on a short list to be Mitt Romney's running mate.
