"Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston was issued a citation Tuesday for shoplifting crab legs from Publix, according to multiple sources," tomahawknation.com reported.
The sheriff in Leon County Florida is expected to hold a news conference on the reports this afternoon.
Before winning the highest individual honor in college football, Winston was accused of raping a woman. Prosecutors declined to bring formal charges against the quarterback of the Florida State Seminoles.
Winston and the 'Noles went on to win the 2014 BCS National Championship Game as they rallied from 18 down to beat the Auburn Tigers 34-31.

Really wonder about Jameis Winston's decision making. This entire episode was high-bisque, low reward.— Brian Hamilton (@BrianHamiltonSI) April 30, 2014
