A potential NFL player from LSU was hospitalized Friday night in Calcasieu Parish. Former LSU linebacker Tahj Jones was shot Friday night, according to the Sulphur Police Department. Jones, who played for the Tigers as a linebacker and ran drills at last week's Pro Day, was allegedly injured by a bullet and taken to a hospital. He is said to be in stable condition. The investigation is in its early stages but authorities say an arrest has been made. A suspect's name is not being released at this time.
