Drago's Charbroiled Oysters

Tommy says you can make your own charbroiled oysters at home almost as good as Dragos.

- Get a pint, quart (or any amount) of raw oysters and enough aluminum stuffed crab shells to put 2-3 oysters per shell.
- Make up a sauce using butter and margarine, garlic, Italian seasonings and black pepper.
- Put that sauce over the oysters in the shells and top with some Parmesan cheese and put them on the grill.
- Let the sauce spill over so the fire will flame up.  These things cook fast.  I’d have a squirt bottle of water handy just in case.
