Deke: Baton Rouge Regional Preview: Bryant Bulldogs
The Bryant University Bulldogs are back in NCAA Regional play again in 2014, winning the Northeast title as well as the conference tournament title. Bryant beat Sacred Heart 6-2 in 12 innings to capture the Northeast Tournament title.
The Bulldogs have been playing arguably their best ball of the season as Bryant is 10-2 in their last 12 games. Bryant ‘s Team batting average is .304 and the Bulldogs have belted out 39 Home Runs this season. Bryant enters the Baton Rouge Regional as the #3 seed and they will face the #2 seeded Houston Cougars Friday Night at Alex Box Stadium on the LSU Campus.
