Brees tweets photo of newborn daughter

(Updated 3:24 p.m.)
Congratulations are in order for New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees, wife Brittany, and the Brees family. The player posted on his Twitter account today that he spent the early morning with his brand new baby girl, and both baby and wife are healthy and doing fine.
The Brees family already has three sons: Bowen, Baylen, and Callen. The girl's name has not been announced.

Brees said his daughter was born 7:43 p.m. Monday night.

"Britt and her are healthy, happy, everybody's doing great," said Brees.  "It just melted my heart to watch her born last night. Got to 'take the snap,' so to speak, and catch her on the way out, so that was a memory I'll have forever."

And what do the three boys think about having a baby girl in the mix?

"The older two are definitely really excited," said Brees.  "The younger one, Callen, who just turned two, he's in a big 'mama' phase right now, so anything that is diverting her attention away from him is probably not something he's going to be a fan of right now."

Brees returned to practice today, the final day of Saints training camp.
